Admission to the Clinic

• Wear your mask correctly. (Photo of mouthpiece)
• Do not bring companions to your appointment, unless necessary.
• Don’t shake hands and hug.
• Disinfect your hands with glycerin alcohol in the reception area.
• We will take your temperature with an infrared thermometer, if your temperature is above 37° you will have to reschedule your appointment.
• Disinfect your shoes on the retention mat.
• Stay 2 meters away from other people and avoid moving around the venue if it is not necessary.
• We will provide you with a cap that you should put on immediately and wear it during your entire stay at the clinic.
• Go to the restroom to wash your hands.
• After check-in you will have to wait in the lounge as instructed by the reception staff.

Entrance to the office

• When you enter we put on a plastic bib and goggles duly disinfected. The mask should be placed underneath it.
• The patient should remove the mask and place it under the bib or bib overalls.
• Before and after each treatment rinse your mouth (we give you the mouthwash) for one minute, this will help reduce the bacterial load.
• At the end of your appointment, we remove the protective elements and then you put on your mask.
• Before leaving the office you should wash your hands.
• Receive your doctor’s instructions verbally.
• When you leave the office, disinfect your shoes again.
• Go to the reception desk to receive information about your next appointment or telephone follow-up.

Clinic Exit

• Before leaving you will have your temperature taken again.
• When leaving, remove the cap and place it in the container intended for this purpose. Please note that after leaving you will not be allowed to re-enter again.
